What services does your company offer?
Our company offers professional document translation, transcription, on-site interpreting services, and virtual interpreting services in over 75 languages worldwide.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via PayPal and credit card online. All payments must be made upfront for any service to be performed.
What’s your professional experience?
We have been in business since 2004 providing document translation, virtual interpreting, and transcription services. All of our linguists have at least 3 years of experience in the translation industry working in various sectors.
How fast can I get a quote?
We can provide a quote within the same business day once the customer has provided us all of their project details either by fax or email.
How long does it take to translate a document?
For all services we require a 24 hour service minimum so we can perform a professional job. Larger projects may take longer to perform and a timeline would be provided before the order is processed.
Do you offer services in person?
We provide all of our services virtually and we don't provide document translations in person at this time. All documents can be submitted to us by email or via fax.
